Randy Novak

Randy Novak has been the heart and soul of TES for 35 years. He started as a laborer and quickly worked his way up in the construction department overseeing the field technicians and managing all operations of the construction department. He works closely with the staff on all bids and job executions to meet deadlines and keep his department moving forward and sustainable. Randy is originally from Minot, ND where he was a Dairy Farmer before relocating to CA.
