Erik Laursen has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in different companies. Erik began their career in 1989 as the Managing Director of FKI Logistex and Crisplant a/s. Erik then moved on to become the Managing Director of FKI Logistex Crisplant A/S in 1999. In 2003, they joined NEG Micon as the Senior Vice President. In 2004, they became the Managing Director of Vestas Australia and Vestas Wind Systems A/S. From 2007 to 2008, they served as the Geschäftsführer of Bosch Rexroth. Erik then joined Terma as the Senior Vice President from 2008 to 2011. From 2011 to 2018, they were the CEO of AVANTI Wind Systems. Currently, they hold the role of CEO at TAJCO Group A/S since 2018.
Erik Laursen obtained their Master of Engineering (MEng) degree from Aalborg University, completing their studies from 1981 to 1986. Their field of study during this period is not specified. In 1987, they pursued Business Administration and Management at Aarhus University, earning a HD degree. Erik completed this program in 1989.
