Jun Tang (Douglas)

Jun (Douglas) Tang has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Currently, they are the Group Vice President of Operations at TAJCO Group A/S since 2019. Prior to that, they worked at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles from 2016-2019, holding the positions of Director of Corporate Affairs & BD, BoD Secretary at GAC-FCA Automobiles and Director of Manufacturing Planning & Control APAC, and New Vehicle Model Launch. Before that, they served as the General Manager of Magna Seating Kunshan Plant at MAGNA INTERNATIONAL, LLC from 2015-2016. Jun (Douglas)'sextensive experience also includes roles at Delphi, DENSO, and Shanghai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a track record of driving efficiency, quality improvement, and successful new product launches.

Jun (Douglas) Tang obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, where they studied from 1992 to 1996. Jun (Douglas) continued their education at The University of Hong Kong, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in the International Programme from 2010 to 2013. In addition, Tang obtained a certification as a Shainin RED X Master Candidate from Shainin in January 2013.
