Sebastian Radtke

Sebastian Radtke started their work experience in 2010 as a Responsible Parts Coordinator at Goepfert Corporation. Sebastian then worked in various roles at different companies, including an internship at Volkswagen Automatic Transmission Tianjin (VWATJ) in 2014, and as a Manager, Head of Program Management at TAJCO starting in 2023. Throughout their career, they have also gained experience as a Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at TAJCO, an Exterior Design role at Formula Student Electric - Team Kiel - Team Raceyard, and in various jobs in Canada through a Work and Travel program.

Sebastian Radtke's education history begins with an apprenticeship as an industrial management assistant at Goepfert Corporation from 2007 to 2010. Sebastian then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in International Sales and Purchasing in Engineering from Fachhochschule Kiel, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. During their studies, Sebastian also obtained a Bachelor of Logistics Engineering from Tongji University in 2014. Afterward, they attended Steinbeis Hochschule, where they completed a Master of Business Engineering from 2014 to 2016.

In addition to their academic achievements, Sebastian Radtke has obtained several certifications. In 2016, they received training in Automotive Core Tools from the Verband der Automobilindustrie (VDA) e.V. In 2017, they completed an intensive training program for engineers on leading project teams at VDI Wissensforum GmbH. Sebastian also obtained certifications in IATF 16949:2016 Interner Auditor and IATF 16949:2016 - Anwendung und Umsetzung from Lloyd's Register in 2018. Sebastian furthered their knowledge in Quality Management, Automotive Tools, and Auditor Training through certifications received from Lloyd's Register in 2019. Most recently, in 2021, Sebastian completed the Project Leadership Program offered by the Leadership Pipeline Institute.
