CK has a strong background in human resources, with over 15 years of experience in various roles. Most recently, CK served as the Head of HR at Tajmeel since September 2018. Prior to that, CK worked as the Director of HR at Tree Top Hospital from January 2017 to August 2018. CK also held the position of Group Director of HR at Lifeline Healthcare Group from February 2015 to January 2017. CK's earlier experience includes serving as the Head of HR at Gulf Healthcare International from January 2014 to January 2015, and as the Manager of HR at Aster DM Healthcare from December 2010 to January 2014. Additionally, CK has worked in HR roles at Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd. and Unit - Apollo Pharmacy, Future Group India, NIS Sparta, and WIMCO LIMITED.

CK's education history begins in 1998 at Periyar University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. CK completed this program in 2001.

After a gap of several years, CK returned to their studies in 2011. CK joined Periyar University once again to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General. CK completed their MBA program in 2013.
