Yasser Alhammad

Yasser Alhammad is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in legal affairs and corporate governance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President of Legal Affairs & GRC and Vice President of Legal Affairs & Corporate Governance at Takamol Holding since January 2021, Yasser leads the legal department, providing comprehensive legal services to the company and its affiliates. Yasser holds multiple board positions, including Board Member and Audit Committee Member at Holoul and Takamol Business Solutions, and is a member of the Discipline and Ethics Committee at the Saudi Arabian Football Federation. Previous roles include Head of Legal Department at Al Rajhi Capital, Attorney & Senior Legal Advisor at Rashed Al-Ghonaim Law Firm, and Legal Counsel at King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Centre. Yasser's academic achievements include an LLM in International and Comparative Law from Southern Methodist University and Stetson University College of Law, along with a legal degree from King Saud University.
