Fatima Ramadan

Fatima Ramadan is an experienced professional in capability development and project management, currently serving as the Sectors Capability Development Director and Senior Program Manager at Takamol Holding since February 2017, where responsibilities include managing an up-skilling portfolio and overseeing the training management department. Prior to this role, Fatima worked at Gulf General Cooperative Insurance Company as Board Secretary and Project Manager, facilitating Board meetings and ensuring the effective management of internal projects. Early career experience includes data collection at Middle East Marketing Services and an internship at Effat University focused on enhancing library usage. Fatima holds a Bachelor's degree in Arts/Libraries from King AbdulAziz University and several certifications, including PMP from the Project Management Institute and Corporate Governance training from Deloitte.
