Mohamed M. Althukair has diverse work experience in various roles and industries.

Mohamed began their career at Saint Louis University in 2005 as an IT Support Supervisor, where they supervised computer lab employees and provided support to students and faculties.

In 2006, they joined GOSI as a Software Engineer, where they developed full-stack applications and utilized technologies such as Java, .Net, SQL, CSS, and HTML.

Moving on, in 2011, Mohamed joined the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI) as a Project Manager and PMO officer. Mohamed led and managed digital transformation projects, resulting in automation and improved user experiences. Their contributions led to GOSI winning awards for their e-Government projects.

In 2014, Mohamed joined Takamol Holding as Manager of Business Development, where they initiated and managed the "Ajeer" employee mobilization solution for businesses in Saudi Arabia. Later, they became the Director of Technology and Digital Marketing, overseeing engineering, user experience, and digital marketing teams. Mohamed led the development of more than ten digital products and implemented lean and agile methodologies, cloud technologies, and automation to ensure scalability and rapid product delivery.

Finally, in 2018, Mohamed was promoted to Executive Vice President of Product Management and Digital Transformation at Takamol Holding. Mohamed initiated and managed the national transformation program for the Saudi labor market, known as Qiwa.
