Mona M. Alfedily

Mona M. AlFedily, PhD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Digital and Technology Consulting at Takamol Holding since February 2025. Prior experience includes roles at NEOM as Strategic Partnerships lead, where strategies were developed and partnerships aligned, and as Chief of Digital Competition Policy and Analytics at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology of Saudi Arabia. Notable positions also include Director of Policy and Legislative Development at the Digital Cooperation Organization, Director of International Agreements and Reports at the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, and roles in the National Digital Transformation Unit. Mona holds a PhD in Project Management from The University of Manchester and is pursuing further education in Leadership and General Management at MIT Sloan Executive Education.
