Robert Anderson has extensive experience in quality assurance and management roles in the food industry. Robert started their career in 1990 at Nabisco Biscuit Company, where they were responsible for assuring the product quality of Nabisco products at various co-packer locations in the US. Robert performed quality systems audits, coordinated customer complaint action plans, and supported R&D product trials. From 1996 to 1999, they worked at LifeSavers/Nabisco, ensuring quality documentation at all LifeSavers Division plants and co-packer locations. In 2000, they became the Tech Services Manager at Stella D'oro, managing bakery quality systems and personnel. Robert then served as the QA Manager at Givaudan in 2001, overseeing all plant QA systems and personnel. Also in 2001, they joined Takasago International Corp (USA) as the Regional Director - Quality Systems, responsible for food safety and quality systems in three Americas plants. In 2018, they returned to Takasago International Corp. (USA) as the Regional Director - Quality Assurance. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in auditing, HACCP, GMPs, sanitation systems, training, and documentation control.

Robert Anderson completed their Bachelor's degree in Chemistry at Queens College from 1984 to 1990.
