Carl Joseph

Carl Joseph has extensive experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a private chef for both Take a Chef and miummium.com since 2016. Previously, Carl held various significant positions, including Senior Sous Chef at Bluewaters Resorts and Spa from March 2018 to September 2022, and Chef de Partie at Jumby Bay, A Rosewood Resort from September 2009 to September 2022. Additionally, Carl worked as Sous Chef at Curtain Bluff Resort from October 2021 to May 2022 and served as Supervisor at Sandals Resorts from January 1994 to August 2009, overseeing the daily operations of several specialty restaurants.
