Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Takeachef since January 2015, Ruben has been integral to the company's growth as the largest private chefs network globally, comprising 40,000 chefs across 100 countries. As a Co-Founder of Take a Restaurant from June 2020 to December 2020, Ruben innovatively transformed home dining experiences by providing chefs, waitstaff, and catering services for iconic restaurants in Madrid.
