Brian O.

Brian O. has an extensive work experience in tax planning and international tax. Brian currently holds the position of Vice President, Tax Planning at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. Since joining Sony in 2006 as Director, Tax Planning, they have been responsible for strategic planning, corporate restructuring, transfer pricing, business development, joint venture planning, and operational tax matters for various Sony ventures. Prior to that, they worked at Grant Thornton LLP as Manager, International Tax, providing restructuring analysis and planning strategies for clients. Brian also has previous experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers and in book and newspaper publishing.

Brian O. has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon. Brian also holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Taxation and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting from Fordham University. Additionally, they are a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Colorado.
