Jeff Lesperance

Jeff Lesperance is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), automation, and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as Senior Director of SRE/TOC & Observability at Take-Two Interactive since October 2025, Lesperance previously held the role of Vice President of Automation & Reliability Engineering at Warner Bros. Discovery and Discovery Inc, where responsibilities included establishing centralized SRE teams and improving operational efficiency through automation and collaboration. Prior roles include Senior Director of Cloud Infrastructure at National Geographic Partners and various managerial positions at Discovery Inc, where Lesperance significantly contributed to the adoption of cloud technologies and the enhancement of IT operations. Lesperance holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public and Professional Communication from Rhode Island College.
