Shruti Karia

Shruti Karia is a Senior Internal Auditor at Take-Two Interactive since May 2023, previously serving as an Internal Audit Intern at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. from August 2022 to May 2023. Prior to that, Shruti worked as a Brand Finance (FP&A) Intern at Constellation Brands and held the position of Graduate Research Assistant at Pace University - Lubin School of Business. Early career experience includes being a Global Account Manager at Consverge and a Mergers and Acquisitions Intern at Dhruva Advisors LLP, as well as a Statutory Audit Intern at KPMG India. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Financial Risk Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, an MSc in Economics and International Financial Economics from the University of Warwick, and a Master's degree in Advanced Accounts from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce and Economics, along with a Bachelor's degree in Accounts and Finance from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and Amrutben Jivanlal College of Commerce. Shruti is also a Chartered Accountant, having completed training at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
