Lizelle Esterhuizen has a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources. Lizelle began their career at Metropolitan where they worked in various HR roles, including recruitment consultant and HR practitioner. Lizelle then moved on to MMI Holdings Limited, where they served as a Corporate Social Investment Consultant. Following that, Lizelle worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Alacrity Technologies, a technology company providing IT services and software solutions. Lizelle then joined Superbalist.com as a Technical Recruiter before moving on to takealot.com, where they currently hold the position of Talent Acquisition Lead, overseeing talent management initiatives. Throughout their career, Lizelle has gained experience in developing recruiting strategies, sourcing candidates, carrying out recruitment reporting, and maintaining a talent pipeline. Lizelle Esterhuizen's education history is as follows: from 1998 to 2002, they attended Brackenfell High School and completed their Grade 12.
