Mamongae Mahlare

Mamongae Mahlare is the current Group CEO at Takealot. Mamongae has previous experience working as a Channel Development Manager at Coca Cola Bottling South Africa, a Marketing Director at SABMiller Mozambique, and a Marketing Manager at Tanzania Breweries Ltd. Before that, they worked as a Commercial Manager-SADC at Appletiser SA and as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Mamongae started their career as a Process Engineer at Unilever.

Mamongae Mahlare has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BScEng in Chemical Engineering from Wits University.
