William Howard is an experienced engineering and operations leader with a strong background in software development and management. Currently serving as the Engineering Manager (Platform) at takealot.com since August 2023, William previously held significant roles at GhostDraft, including Head of Hosting Operations and Head of Operations from October 2018 to July 2023. Prior to that, William was the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager - Strategic Execution at 4i from March 2015 to September 2018. William's career began at Triple Point Technology as a Team Lead and Software Developer from January 2010 to February 2015, following earlier software development positions at Softmar Group S.A. and MXit Lifestyle. William holds an MBA (Cum Laude) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School and a B.Eng.Sci from Stellenbosch University.
