Donovan Dengler is an accomplished sales and distribution professional with extensive experience in the beverage industry. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Distribution - East at Recess since October 2025, Donovan previously held the position of General Sales Manager for Great Lakes and Southeast regions at Liquid Death from November 2022 to October 2025. Prior to that, roles included Sr. Regional Sales Manager for Northeast and Midwest at Bang Energy and Regional Sales Manager for Great Lakes at Boxed Water Is Better. With a strong foundation in sales management, Donovan has also contributed as Regional Sales Manager at VIVA Beverages Inc. - Marley Beverage Company and as Director of Field Marketing-Midwest at The Experiential Network & M2W, INC. Early career experience includes positions at Red Bull, TEAM (Bacardi USA, Millercoors), and an internship at glaceau, leading to a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oakland University.
