Justine Larson

Justine Larson, PhD, BCMAS, serves as the Head of Medical Excellence and Scientific Training in Global Medical Affairs Oncology at Takeda Oncology since November 2019, having previously held roles as Director and Associate Director in the same department. Prior experience includes five years at Custom Learning Designs as a Principal Medical Writer and earlier positions as Senior Medical Writer and Medical Writer II. Education comprises a PhD in Basic Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Cancer Biology from UMass Chan Medical School and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from the University of Pittsburgh. During academic tenure, Justine Larson contributed as a PhD candidate and mentor at UMass Medical School and taught a cellular and molecular biology lab at Worcester State University.
