Kathy Carlson

Kathy Carlson is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical industry, currently serving as Director of Field Reimbursement & Patient Services and Head of US Value & Access Strategy at Takeda Oncology since June 2012. With a robust background in patient value and market access, Kathy has significantly contributed to the launch and relaunch of oral oncology products by driving patient support services and enhancing understanding among healthcare providers. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Genzyme and Novartis, where Kathy developed and implemented marketing and managed care strategies for diverse oncology and cardiovascular products. An education in Communications Management from Simmons University and a Business Administration degree from Stonehill College complement Kathy’s extensive expertise.
