Swarna Mehrotra Ph.D.

Swarna Mehrotra PhD, MBA, currently serves as Associate Director and Global Marketing Lead at Takeda Oncology, a position held since July 2021, alongside roles in Strategy & Business Operations and Global Oncology Insights & Analytics. Prior experience includes working as a Strategy & Insights Consultant at ZS from July 2019 to July 2021 and a Summer Associate at Outcome Capital in summer 2018. Additionally, Swarna held positions as a Venture Associate and Licensing Intern at the University of Virginia Licensing & Ventures Group from November 2017 to May 2017. Prior to this, experience as a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Robert H. Lurie Cancer Center spanned from July 2012 to August 2015. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from UMass Chan Medical School, and a B.S/M.S in Human Biology/Biochemistry from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences.
