Alida Hecht

Alida Hecht has a strong background in project management and operational leadership within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. At Takeda, Alida held the positions of Director of Portfolio Insights & Analytics and Associate Director of Resource Management from June 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience at Biogen spanned six years, with roles including Associate Director of R&D Operations and Senior Manager of R&D Resource & Performance Management. Alida's career also includes positions as Manager of Performance Improvement at VHA Inc. and various project management roles at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care.
