Aneela A. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product operations and quality management within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director/Lead for Product Operations Program Management and Associate Director for Product Operations- Strategy and Business Excellence at Takeda since January 2019, Aneela has previously held roles as Manager for Product Quality Surveillance and Consultant in Product Quality Management at Shire, as well as positions at Sanofi and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Aneela began academic pursuits with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rutgers University - Newark and further advanced knowledge with a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology.
