Antara Banerjee

Antara Banerjee is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in antibody technologies and oncology drug discovery. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Cell Engager Therapies within the Oncology Drug Discovery Unit at Takeda since November 2009, Antara has progressed through various leadership roles, including Director and Associate Director, leading significant projects in T cell strategy and immunobiologics. Prior to Takeda, Antara worked as a Postdoctoral Scientist at Merck, focusing on innate immune receptors in murine models. Antara holds a Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, Baltimore, and completed graduate studies at The Ohio State University and the Indian Institute of Science.
