Caity Newhall is an experienced professional in lab operations and research management, currently serving as Manager II in Lab Operations at Takeda since October 2022, where responsibilities include acting as a liaison between stakeholders and supporting vendor managed inventory. Prior to Takeda, Caity worked as a Senior Specialist in Research Operations at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, overseeing asset management and improving vendor relationships. Experience also includes a significant tenure at AutoGen, Inc., where roles progressed from Technical Specialist to Senior Applications Specialist, focusing on DNA and RNA extraction protocols, customer relations, and training.
