Collins Onyejese

Collins Onyejese currently serves as the Head of Quality Strategy and Business Operations for the Small Molecule Operating Unit at Takeda since September 2020. Previously, Collins spent over two decades at CSL Behring, holding various leadership roles including Director of Quality Management Strategy & Operational Excellence, where responsibilities included creating and implementing quality strategy and policies to enhance operational performance, and Director of Global Quality Affiliates Operations, which involved overseeing quality systems across CSL affiliates. Collins also held managerial and specialized positions in IT Business Systems and Applications, contributing to GxP applications and systems infrastructure. Educational qualifications include two MBA degrees focused on Strategic Planning and Cross-Cultural Leadership from Edinburgh Business School and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, respectively, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Business and Information Systems Engineering from the University of Applied Sciences, Brig.
