Dobson Schofield

Dobson Schofield has over 25 years of professional experience, currently serving as the Head of Ethics & Compliance for Global Product & Launch Strategy and Global Medical Affairs at Takeda since March 2011. Previously, Dobson held key compliance roles at Takeda, including Head of Ethics & Compliance for USBU and Director of Commercial Compliance. Dobson's earlier experience includes positions as Senior Manager at Ernst & Young and Principal at Capgemini Consulting. Dobson also served as Senior Manager at Capgemini. Dobson earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
