Dominic Cirincione

Dominic Cirincione currently serves as Associate Director of US Advertising and Promotion Regulatory (A&P Excellence) at Takeda since August 2025. Prior to this role, Dominic Cirincione was Lead Regulatory Counsel at the FDA within the Office of Prescription Drug Promotion (OPDP) from January 2013 to July 2025, where responsibilities included oversight of regulatory counselors and issuance of compliance actions for misleading drug advertising. Dominic Cirincione holds a J.D. in Health Care Law and Policy from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Master of Public Policy focusing on Public Policy and Health Care Policy from the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
