Garima Srivastava

Garima Srivastava is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President and Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Takeda since April 2021, Garima has previously held significant roles including Senior Director for Talent Acquisition in Europe & Canada and HR Head for Global Finance at the same company. Prior to Takeda, Garima was the HR Director for Talent & Competence at UD Trucks, overseeing critical functions such as culture transformation and diversity initiatives. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at GE, where responsibilities included talent pipeline development and HR management for various divisions, and a role as Lead Business Partner HR at Infosys Technologies Ltd. Garima is pursuing a PhD in Organization Behavior from XLRI Jamshedpur, complementing an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
