Irina Shikh

Irina Shikh is an experienced supply chain leader with extensive expertise in raw material planning, supplier relationships, and manufacturing processes. Currently serving as the Network Raw Materials Planning Lead and Associate Director at Takeda since April 2018, Irina oversees raw material planning across seven production sites and coordinates a forecasting process for legacy Shire sites and major suppliers. Previous roles include leading product supply for a major hemophilia product and managing external manufacturing relationships at Shire, as well as various supply chain positions at Procter & Gamble, where Irina drove inventory management and operational efficiency across multiple regions. Irina holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the State University of Management.
