Kathryn Cogar

Kathryn Cogar is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in health care and digital innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager in Innovation & Change Management at Takeda, Kathryn has successfully enabled the adoption of redesigned clinical data systems to improve trial outcomes. Previous roles include implementation project management for Digital Health Innovation at Mass General Brigham, where Kathryn facilitated the growth of emerging technologies and coordinated cross-functional initiatives. Kathryn's career also includes project management for Medicaid ACOs at Partners HealthCare, business development at National Quality Review, and various positions at Boston Children's Hospital. Academically, Kathryn holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Marketing from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Franklin & Marshall College.
