Lauren Derienzo

Lauren DeRienzo is an experienced professional in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Portfolio Insights Lead at Takeda Pharmaceuticals since October 2025. Prior to this role, Lauren held the position of Senior Associate Director Medical Strategy at Boehringer Ingelheim from April 2024 to October 2025, and served as Associate Director of Global Medical Affairs at Xenon Pharmaceuticals Inc. from May 2020 to April 2024.
