Linda Coplan is a seasoned HR leader with extensive experience in global human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of HR for Global Human Resources at Takeda since August 2011, Linda has held various key positions within the company, including Head of HR for Plasma Derived Therapies and HR Business Partner for both Commercial and Research and Development sectors. Prior to Takeda, Linda held significant HR roles at North American Corporation and Lewis Carpet One, as well as consulting at Sayers Technology Holdings. Linda's career began in IT and sales operations management at companies such as Nanovation Technology and Comdisco, and included a managerial role in IT training at Rush Medical Center. Linda Coplan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Drake University from 1978 to 1982.
