Louise Ludwigs

Louise Ludwigs currently serves as the Interim Head of Ethics and Compliance Canada at Takeda Canada Inc. since July 2024 and has been the Head of Ethics & Compliance at Takeda since January 2019, following the acquisition of Shire where Louise held the position of Head of Ethics & Compliance for the Nordics and Baltics from May 2018 to January 2019. Prior experience includes leadership roles in Ethics and Compliance at GSK, Allergan, and Sanofi, where positions ranged from Head of Ethics & Compliance to Compliance Officer. Louise began a career at AstraZeneca as a Produktspecialist. Educational background includes a Master of Medical Science in Biomedicine from Karolinska Institutet.
