Mehdi Chakir

Mehdi Chakir is an accomplished pharmaceutical professional with extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and drug safety. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Pharmacovigilance in Clinical Development Services at Takeda since March 2017, Mehdi has a solid background at Biogen, where roles included Director and Associate Director of Safety and Benefit Risk Management, as well as Senior and Manager of Drug Safety and Risk Management from February 2008 to March 2017. Mehdi holds a PharmD in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, earned between 1995 and 2001.
