Currently serving as Senior Director of IBD Franchise Customer Experience and Digital Innovation at Takeda since December 2023, Melanie previously founded Trilogue Consulting LLC, guiding organizations through transformational initiatives from March 2022 to December 2023. Prior to that, Melanie held several key positions at Biogen, including Senior Director, Marketing Excellence and Operations, where oversight included agency management and marketing operations.
