Mikhail Orlov

Mikhail Orlov has extensive experience in supply chain management, currently serving as the Global Demand Planning and S&OP Lead at Takeda since March 2011, where responsibilities include the worldwide roll-out of IBP planning. Mikhail has also held the position of Global Supply Chain Manager at Takeda, focusing on project management in forecasting and S&OP, global process implementation, and system design, resulting in enhanced forecasting KPIs across 67 countries in two years. Prior to this, Mikhail was the Head of Supply Chain at a manufacturing plant, overseeing a team of 21 and successfully establishing a state-of-the-art supply chain organization. Mikhail's career began at arvato AG, where leadership of a 400-employee warehouse operation involved optimization of a 21,000 m² space and inventory management. Mikhail holds a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics from Ярославский государственный педагогический университет им. К.Д. Ушинского.
