Pareiss Gerald

Pareiss Gerald currently serves as the Head of Engineering BioLife Europe at Takeda, overseeing engineering activities in plasma donation centers across Austria, Hungary, and the Czech Republic, while managing ongoing construction and renovation programs. Previously, Pareiss held the position of Head of Maintenance in Vienna, providing technical support for production sites. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager for pharmaceutical production at Shire, where responsibilities encompassed formulation, filling, lyophilization, and GMP support. Earlier roles at Baxter International Inc. involved management of technical services and performance optimization. Pareiss holds an MBA and MSc in Pharma Management from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems.
