Pawel Debski

Pawel Debski is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within multinational organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Finance, Supply Chain and Administration, and a Board Member at Takeda since March 2020, Pawel previously held significant positions at JLL as Finance Director and Head of Financial Planning and Analysis for the EMEA region, overseeing a $1.5 billion turnover across 25+ countries. Prior roles include Head of Controlling at Bilfinger, Corporate Internal Auditor at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Group, and various finance positions at Maersk Line, including as Process Excellence Supervisor for Eastern and Central Europe. Pawel’s educational background includes a Master's degree in International Relations from the Warsaw School of Economics, along with advanced studies in International Management at A.P. Møller - Maersk Group and Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz.
