Phillip Durkin

Phillip Durkin MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product operations and continuous improvement within the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Associate Director and Product Operations Program Manager at Takeda since April 2019, Phillip is responsible for managing two drug products, developing global strategies for manufacturing and supply, and driving commercialization and global expansion initiatives. Prior to Takeda, Phillip held roles at Shire, where expertise in FDA audits and lean methodologies led to significant cost savings and project management success. Phillip's earlier experience in the US Army included leadership positions in operations and planning, notably establishing a key military training center in Afghanistan. Educational credentials include an MBA from WSU Carson College of Business and a bachelor's degree from the University of Richmond.
