Ramy Riad

Ramy Riad is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as SVP CFO & Head of Strategy for Global Plasma-Derived Therapies at Takeda since January 2019, Riad has held pivotal roles in finance leadership at Shire, Abbott, Merck, MSD, and Sanofi over the past two decades. Riad's expertise encompasses market access, strategic pricing, and international finance, with significant contributions made as VP and Head of Finance at Shire and as Global Market Access Director at Abbott. Riad holds an MBA in Finance from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/Finance from Cairo University.
