Ronald van Berchum

Ronald van Berchum is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as Finance Director and Head of Finance for BioLife Europe at Takeda, Ronald oversees all financial planning and analysis as well as accounting and controlling activities for a large organization managing over 30 plasma collection centers across multiple countries. Previous roles include significant positions at Shire, where Ronald led finance projects and integration efforts of substantial international significance, and at Baxter International and Medtronic, where Ronald managed numerous finance functions and partnered with leadership teams across various regions. Ronald holds two Master’s degrees in Business Economics from Tilburg University, specializing in Financial Management and Investment Theory.
