Ruth Ulcar

Ruth Ulcar has over 18 years of experience in quality management and regulatory affairs within the pharmaceutical and medical device sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Quality Life Cycle Management at TAKEDA AUSTRIA GMBH since May 2010, Ruth has held multiple leadership roles focused on life cycle management and product approvals. Prior to this position, Ruth worked at Nycomed Austria GmbH from January 2005 to April 2010, where responsibilities included Deputy Head of Medical Devices and Operational Product Manager, as well as Regulatory Affairs Specialist.
