Shuchi Kumra

Shuchi Kumra is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategy and operations within the healthcare industry. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Strategy & Operations for Europe and Canada at Takeda since March 2019, Shuchi Kumra leads strategy execution, governance, divestments, and integration, collaborating closely with cross-functional executive leaders. Previously, Shuchi Kumra held key positions at Shire, including Head of Commercial Strategy and Operations for the EAMEA region and Associate Director of Project Operations. Shuchi Kumra's career also includes leadership roles in operational excellence at Reliant Medical Group and consulting positions at Boston Medical Center, BearingPoint, and Arthur Andersen. Educational qualifications include a Master of Health Administration from Cornell University and ongoing studies at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, following a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Human Biology, Chemistry, and Statistics from the University of Toronto.
