Stephanie MacDonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in patient services and healthcare management. Currently serving as Associate Director of Process & Systems at Takeda since January 2015, Stephanie focuses on developing patient-centric programs, enhancing collaboration with specialty pharmacy partners, and leading CRM initiatives within Patient Services.
