Stephen Aaronson

Stephen Aaronson serves as the Data, Digital, and Technology Corporate Functions Leader for Legal, Compliance, and Audit at Takeda since January 2020, where responsibilities include shaping the organization's technology strategy and focusing on risk management. Previously, Stephen held the position of Head of Legal IT at both Takeda and Shire, where efforts centered on executing integration strategies and managing legal business systems globally. Additional experience at Shire includes roles as Director IT Global Functions Business Partner and Director IT Business Office, focusing on strategic roadmaps and organizational processes. Earlier in career, Stephen worked at AstraZeneca and Accenture in various IT management and consulting roles, delivering solutions across diverse business functions. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, graduating Cum Laude from Temple University.
