Teofilus Ponniah

Teofilus Ponniah is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as the Regional HR Director for APAC, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Takeda since September 2023. Prior to this role, Teofilus held the position of Senior Human Resources Director at DHL from August 2015 to September 2023, where innovation in HR practices significantly enhanced profitability and employee engagement across sectors like technology, automotive, and life sciences. Additional experience includes roles such as Human Resource Business Partner and Talent Head at AXA, Head of Corporate Services HR at British American Tobacco, and Human Capital Manager at F&N Coca-Cola. Teofilus holds an MBA from INSEAD and an LLB (Honours) from the University of Malaya.
