Thomas Kraft

Thomas Kraft, uPM, cert.SPM, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager in Manufacturing at Takeda since January 2019, where responsibilities include leading strategic manufacturing operations for plasma-derived and recombinant products and managing technology transfer processes. Prior to Takeda, Thomas held senior management roles at Shire and Baxalta, as well as a longstanding position as a Senior Project Manager at Baxter International Inc., contributing to the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector since 1998. Earlier career experience includes consultancy work at Siemens. Thomas holds an International Project Management degree from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business) and a degree in Biomedical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Technische Universität Graz.
