Tilak Banerjee

Tilak Banerjee is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of the Innovation Capability Center at Takeda since April 2023, leading efforts to foster a community of data and digital technology champions to drive innovation. Previously, Tilak held various leadership roles within Takeda, including Regional ICC Site Transition Lead for APAC and Senior Director & Head of Process Excellence & Innovation for Takeda Business Solutions. Prior to joining Takeda, Tilak drove transformation efforts at Getronics and Conduent, and led global finance shared services at EMC and GENPACT LLC. Tilak's career also includes key positions at Google, Colt Technology Services, and GE Capital, complemented by educational qualifications from prestigious institutions in finance and accounting.
